ITIN Tax returns : It takes 8 to 12 weeks to receive ITIN and an additional 4 weeks to get your refunds. You can't find the status online for ITIN Tax returns. Please contact us if you have not received ITIN with in 12 weeks after submission or if you received a notice from IRS
