Our fees are based on the amount of work involved and can vary depending on your unique tax situation.
Factors that may affect your fee include:

▶ Type of filing (Standard, Itemized)
▶ Rental Properties you own
▶ Self employed or working on 1099-NEC
▶ Number of Stock documents and complexity of types of stocks you sold(RSU/ESPP/Futures etc.,)
▶ Number of Schedule K-1 forms you recieved
▶ Foreign income ( Interest, stocks, rental properties, Job income)
▶ Number of states you worked in during the year
▶ Any other types of forms you have in year 2025
If you are filing with us first time or if your tax situation changed this year compared to last year, we estimate your fee and inform you . Once you approve the fee we will start working on your tax refund quote ( If you are filing with us first time, you may need to pay advance payment of $100 if your tax filing is complex)
Examples of fee:
▶ Standard filing with less than 3 W2s (No other tax documents): Range $100 to $125* (If you have more than 1 state filing, or city filing , there will be additional fee)
▶ Tax filing fee With W2s and stock documents : Range $125 to $175*
▶ Tax Filing fee with W2s, Stocks, and 1 rental property : Range $350 to $450*
▶ Tax Filing fee with self-employment or 1099-NEC : Additional service fee starts from $100* and above

Applying for ITIN is part of your tax filing. Since ITIN applications cannot be e-filed, it typically takes:
